The spring semester exam exemption forms will be given to exempt students on Tuesday, May 19th. All exemption forms and permission slips are due by 4:30 on Friday, May 22nd. Exemption forms and permission slips will not be accepted after the due date. Please make sure all forms are signed by teachers and parents.
