Dear Parents and Guardians,

The holiday season is here, and we are thrilled to invite our students to a magical evening at the BMS Snow Ball, hosted by JR Beta on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 6:00–8:00 PM in the BISD Cafeteria.

✨ Dress Code
Students are encouraged to come dressed in their coziest Christmas pajamas, keeping all outfits within school dress code guidelines. Let’s fill the night with festive cheer and holiday spirit!

☕ Concessions
A warm and wintry concession stand will be available for students to enjoy hot chocolate and a variety of Christmas goodies throughout the evening. All proceeds benefit JR ​Beta for State Convention.

🎄 Dismissal Procedures
To keep our Snow Ball safe and merry, parents must come into the cafeteria foyer to pick up their child at dismissal.
Please note: Once a student leaves the dance, they may not re-enter.

🎁 Transportation Changes
If your child will be going home with someone other than you, please email Sarah Robison ahead of time.
We can’t wait to share a joyful, twinkling holiday evening with our students!
