I am the Director of Child Nutrition at Boles ISD as well as the Culinary Arts Teacher. I have been with Boles ISD for 7 years and I worked at a Charter School for 5 years prior to that. I have an Associates of Applied Science Culinary Arts and was the Executive Chef in a private Country Club for 7 years before making the transition to schools. I have a beautiful wife, 4 lovely children and 2 crazy dogs. My passions include my faith, southern soul food and my amazing family and I believe that nothing is better than family dinners because they are great for the heart, the soul and the belly. I look forward to not only feeding your children but teaching them to be amazing cooks as well as extraordinary people.
